  1. Order Processing Time: We endeavor to process all orders placed on Chewsday.co.nz within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may vary, but we will always strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

  2. Shipping Methods: 

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery time typically takes 2-6 business days, depending on your location within New Zealand.

Please note that the above time frames are approximate and subject to change based on factors such as product availability, location, and unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your order, as well as your delivery address. The exact shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. However, we are pleased to offer free shipping for orders over $85 within New Zealand.

  2. Order Tracking: Once your order is processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and whereabouts of your package through our website or the courier's tracking service. Please keep an eye on your junk mail folder as often they will end up there.

  3. Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver your package to the provided address. We provide an authority to leave the parcel providing it is secure to do so. If the driver deems the area unsecure they will leave a delivery notice for you to reschedule delivery or arrange a pickup from a local depot.

  4. Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information or other factors, our team will reach out to you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the package.

  5. International Shipping: Currently, Chewsday.co.nz only offers shipping within New Zealand. We do not ship internationally at this time.

  6. Delayed Shipments: While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service disruptions. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
