Refund policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • Used or opened products cannot be returned.
  • Change of mind returns will incur a 15% restock fee.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  1. Return Process:
  • Contact our customer support team at hello@chewsday.co.nz to start the return process. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return and why.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the RMA number on the outside.
  • Ship the item back to the provided address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
  1. Refund or Exchange:
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange if applicable.
  • Refunds will be issued for the product's purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
  • You can exchange the item for a different product of equal value.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Used products cannot be returned.
  • Perishable goods, personalized/custom-made products, and items without original packaging or missing parts are non-returnable.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs.
  1. Cancellations:
  • Contact our customer support team to cancel an order before it ships. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
